方小笛，西安交通大學PP电子學院副教授。西安交通大學哲學博士。現爲中國高等教育學會音樂教育專業委員會會員、陝西省音樂家協會會員、陝西省合唱協會理事、全國社會藝術水平鋼琴考級評委、西安交通大學PP电子學院音樂教育中心主任。研究偏向：音樂美學。

主持、加入省部、校级等各级项目十余项。其中主持《音乐课程人才培養模式革新和创新研究——以“拔尖创新人才班”为例》，西安交通大学2016年本科教学革新项目；主持西安交通大学本科“十三五”学科计划——《音乐鉴赏》MOOC课程建设，2016.5；主持西安交通大学本科“十三五”学科计划——音乐课程教材建设，2016.5；主持陕西省艺术科学计划课题——陕西省普通高校音乐教育现状视察和对策分析，2008.10。

在CSSCI及音樂類重要刊物發表論文十余篇。其中《人性的隱匿與解放——以中世紀到20世紀的西方音樂發展爲例》發表于西安交通大學學報，2013.7；《凡音之起樂由心生——于右任《望大陸》詩歌曲創作理念與音調設計》發表于西安交通大學學報，2016.5；《康德人本主義音樂美學研究》發表于西安交通大學學報，2017.1。

獲省部級等各級獎項十余項。其中參與譯譜的《西安鼓樂古曲譜集》一書獲西安市第七次社會科學優秀结果壹等獎，2011.9、獲“陝西省第十次哲學社會科學優秀结果獎”三等獎，陝西省人民政府，2012.1；獨立指導張偉耀參加“第二十三屆‘校園之春’陝西省大中學生文化藝術節陝西省大學生鋼琴大賽決賽暨鋼琴音樂會”獲壹等獎第一名，2012.6；獲第四屆KAWAI亞洲鋼琴大賽（陝西賽區）優秀教師獎，獨立，2013.5；獨立指導西安交通大學張偉耀、肖雪獲第四屆KAWAI亞洲鋼琴大賽（陝西賽區）初級雙鋼琴組三等獎（一、二等獎空缺），2013.5；獨立指導西安交通大學張偉耀、肖雪獲第四屆KAWAI亞洲鋼琴大賽總決賽雙鋼琴初級組（業余組）第六名，2013.5；獲2016年陝西省普通高等學校公共藝術教育課程教學展示活動二等獎，獨立，2016.8；《音樂鑒賞》（第二副主編）獲西安交通大學第十六屆優秀教材特等獎，2018.7。

2018年8月1日-15日通過選拔被派往新加坡南洋理工大學參加“西安交通大學基礎課焦点課骨幹教師新加坡教育創新高級研修班”。
